Collect In Store

To use our free Click & Collect service simply place your online order as normal then proceed to the checkout and select Click & Collect as your desired delivery method before paying for your goods, it's that easy!  You will then receive an email from us within 2-5 working days letting you know that your order is ready to collect at your convenience.

Please Note

When collecting your order please bring a copy of your order either as an email print out or have it on your phone or ipad as proof of your order.  We will also need proof of ID, like a driving license, passport or recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.

Q. How long will it take before I can collect my order?  A. Normally between 2–5 working days from ordering.

Q. How will I know when to collect my order?  A. We will email you the minute your order is ready to collect!  

Q. Can I call in before receiving the ‘Your order is ready for collection' email?  A. Yes but you will probably feel disappointed to find out that your order is still being processed and in a first come first served order queuing system. 

Q. My order is ready to collect, do I need to bring anything with me?  A.  Yes, A print out of your Order Confirmation email or a mobile device showing your order confirmation.  We will also need proof of ID, like a driving license, passport or recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.

Q. Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?  A. Yes but they will be required to provide the same original order confirmation as above and also the proof of ID & address as stated above. (Forwarded emails will not be accepted)

Q. How long do I have to collect my order?  A. Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday 10am - 4.30pm.  Orders must be picked up within 14 days.

Q. What if I arrive to collect my order and I don't want it anymore?  A. If your item contains Laser Cut items that are made to order, those items will incur a 50% restocking charge.  Personalised items can only be returned if found to be faulty, all other in stock items will be refunded in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
